Books!!!
At the age of 30 is when i discovered that a car and a house are a liability if they do not generate any income for you. These are things i grew up thinking were assets and believed so due to my accounting education. There are so many loopholes in education systems were children and even adults in tertiary education are not being taught basic financial and life skills. A lot has to be self taught through books. Check out some of the books that absolutely changed my life. A must read in my opinion and some were just amazing entertainment like Pillars of the Earth. Once i started reading that book, it was so difficult to put it down. A great writer has to be a great reader after all.
